Dave Gill launched his career in the auto industry at an early age, learning the ins and outs of how a dealership operated. During those formative years, he dreamt of seeing his name on the marquee, and he finally saw that dream come true in 1982 when he opened Dave Gill Pontiac. From opening day, Dave was determined to offer exceptional value to his customers by treating them to a unique experience grounded in integrity, value, and respect. He wanted his customers to trust his team and feel like part of the family.
Dave's unique approach made his dealership a cornerstone in the Columbus community, especially when Dave Gill Pontiac became Dave Gill Chevrolet in 2009. In the years since, Dave has welcomed his daughter, Laurie, into the family business, naming her as dealer successor. Like her father, Laurie is dedicated to fostering lifelong relationships with customers, earning their loyalty by operating with integrity, open communication, and respect.
